Kristi Brock

I am a registered nurse by trade, raised in Lake George, NY. I have two children and a very tolerant husband.
Seven years ago my brother asked me if I was tired of nursing, he said Saratoga needed a great coffee shop and he needed a partner. After an enormous amount
of sweat, tears and money… Kru was born. Fast forward to now, I realize that the sweat tears and money spent never end! Nevertheless I am incredibly proud of my
staff and what we have built! We are a family run business, and I mean the entire family… parents, siblings, cousins, I think an uncle twice removed… I still nurse at Saratoga Hospital but you can always find me at one of the locations running around usually with my hair on fire.
